NAS FREIGHT POLICY

To track any of your current deliveries from NAS, you can go to My account, and navigate to My Shipments. There, you will find all relevant tracking information.

Metropolitan Addresses

  • Standard freight and insurance using our nominated carrier is $30.00 Inc GST.
  • This applies to customer addresses in metropolitan areas, for standard deliveries.
  • Certain products within our price list do not fall under this freight policy, such as screens amongst others - these exclusions are noted in each product description within our current NAS price list, where applicable.
  • The standard NAS pricing policy only applies to direct shipments to our customers address in metropolitan areas. It does not refer to C/- ("care of") or "drop ship" orders shipping direct to end users and end user addresses. These deliveries will be charged at NAS cost.
  • Air bags if specifically requested: $30.00 ex GST up to 5kg

Regional Addresses

  • For all other areas and delivery addresses, including regional and international, we will charge freight at cost. NAS will contact you prior to dispatch to advise of applicable freight charges and your agreement prior to dispatch.
  • Air bags if specifically requested: $30.00 ex GST up to 5kg
Signatures are normally required upon delivery for goods to be received at the customers end. Should no one be available for signing, couriers will default to return goods back to their depot and re-attempt delivery.
If this occurs a re-delivery fee equivalent to the original delivery amount may be charged to the customers account.

  • At all times customers and account holders are welcome to nominate their own freight carriers and account numbers - please advise NAS sales staff or warehouse staff of your preferred carrier and account details. If no particular shipping details are provided, NAS will use our own choice for carriers and assume  your full acceptance of our shipping T&C's and any associated costs and charges in line with our standard T&C’s of trade.
